Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi, my laptop worked fine before I shut it down. Now, while powering it on all the components light up and start working, however, the internal display doesn't work, nor does it light up with a dark colour. I have an external display connected to it using the type-c port, which works fine. I've tried to boot into safe mode or go into the BIOS, but it's not sending video output to the external screen while in advanced boot or bios. What can I do to further investigate this issue and solve it?
(Can only see external monitor in Device manager -> displays)
