Hi @Muñeca08,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
There could be several reasons why you are unable to connect to the internet on your HP 10" touch tablet. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check your Wi-Fi connection: Make sure that your Wi-Fi is turned on and you are connected to the correct network. If you are not sure about the Wi-Fi network password, try connecting to a different network to see if the problem persists.
- Restart your tablet: Try restarting your tablet by holding down the power button for a few seconds and then turning it back on. This may help to resolve any temporary software issues.
- Check for updates: Make sure that your tablet is up to date with the latest software updates. Go to "Settings" > "About tablet" > "Software updates" and check for any available updates.
- Forget and reconnect to the Wi-Fi network: Go to "Settings" > "Wi-Fi" and select the Wi-Fi network you are trying to connect to. Tap on "Forget network" and then reconnect to the network by entering the password again.
- Reset network settings: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting your tablet's network settings. Go to "Settings" > "System" > "Reset options" > "Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth" and tap on "Reset settings."
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
