I've literally just bought a x360 14-cd1000na Convertible Laptop Graphics Edition and want to know whether an Active Pen will come with it? In Google blurb under the link said including Active Pen but I can see it mentioned in the specification though it didn't come up as an accessory choice either? Cheers.

Hey there! @FatCricketeSlim, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand you would like to know if an Active pen is included with the laptop.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?
I have checked the specifications of your laptop and there is no Active pen or stylus included with the laptop.
Also, I have checked the stylus compatibility guide and none of the HP stylus supports your laptop.
Refer the stylus compatibility guide to know more information. Click Here
Hope this answers your query!
Have a great day ahead! 🙂

Hi there,
Thank you for your reply though I'm finding it very confusing. I bought my HP Pavilion x360 14-cd1000na Convertible Laptop Graphics Edition from the following advertisement on your site https://store.hp.com/UKStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=5ET23EA&opt=ABU&sel=NTB and the 4th bullet point down on the right hand side is as follows
- NVIDIA® GeForce® MX130 (2 GB GDDR5); B&O Play Audio; HP Fast Charge; USB-C; Active Pen compatible; Fingerprint reader
So the laptop I've bought is Active Pen compatible which is why I asked whether one is included. Does my question make more sense now?
Cheers,
Ian

@FatCricketeSlim, thanks for your prompt response and time.
I appreciate your efforts for writing back to us.
Thanks for sharing the link. I have checked my records again and it looks like the laptop is compatible with a stylus but with a universal stylus.
HP Active pen will not work on your laptop.

@FatCricketeSlim, thanks for your quick response and time.
I appreciate your efforts for writing back to us.
As I had mentioned previously according to the specifications the laptop support only a universal stylus. It does not support HP active pen or any other stylus from HP.
I think the person who has answered in the previous link has shared incorrect information.
Please refer the specifications page from my previous post to know more information.
