Hi,
I own an HP ENVY - 13-ah0001nb.
The usb-c port is described as follows:
- 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.2, HP Sleep and Charge)
Is it compatible with Lenovo's ThinkVision M14 portable screen?
The requirements for that screen are:
- full-function USB-C connector that supports Display Port 1.2 Alt Mode and PD2.0.
It is unclear to me whether my laptop is compatible or not.
Could someone help me with this?
Thanks in advance.
Best,
Thomas.

Hello @Thomas810,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Yes, the two devices should theoretically be compatible.
In the case that the Lenovo ThinkVision M14 portable screen doesn't include a USB-C to USB-C cable, which is probably not the case, you will need to purchase a separate Thunderbolt 3 cable.
Kind regards,
Edward
