Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop has 1 USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate (supports data transfer only and does not support charging or external monitors). Is there an adapter that would allow me to plug into an external monitor that connects with a USB-C cord?

Sorry, you need physical pins and cables inside and supporting from system board. All you can do is buying a new machine.
