Suggestions and Ideas

Hint

If your computer's screen color is compromised (known to be incorrect), view the examples in  How to Calibrate a Monitor in Windows 10 on a different system / monitor to get an idea of of the desired results.

Calibrate the color, contrast, brightness, gamma.

Continue with the "clear text" section.

Windows key Windows_10_Start_Pane_1.JPG > Settings Settings_Wheel_2.JPG  > type in the search bar calibrate

How-to and Examples: How to Calibrate a Monitor in Windows 10

Additional places to check / adjust include the "Themes" setting:

If you are using a "high contrast" theme, switch off "High Contrast" and set a different theme.

Windows key Windows_10_Start_Pane_1.JPG > Settings Settings_Wheel_2.JPG  > Personalization > Colors >

High Contrast SettingsNone

Try using a "Light" default app mode (instead of a "Dark" mode).

Windows key Windows_10_Start_Pane_1.JPG > Settings Settings_Wheel_2.JPG  > Personalization > Colors >

Select "Light" app mode

CHECK show accent color on the following surfaces > Title Bars
