i am using "HP ENVY x2 11-g001ex" of serial number"[Personal Information Removed]".

Problem: Camera & wifi connection not working, and also screen brightess not be increase or decrease.

give me solution plzz.

I was unable to find that system listed at any HP website. These third party site may have unwanted software that downloads when you try to get the driver. Use these sites at your own risk and make sure you have anti-virus protection,.

@Paul_Tikkanen Thanks for finding the links for that software.  I was only able to duplicate what you did by using Google as the HP "system" lookup was unable to find it.

You're very welcome.

If you go through HP's support site to find drivers for retired products, you will end up empty handed.

If you do a general Bing or Google search, you will find the support page.

Why, that I do not know, but I won't argue with success because by using that method, I can now find driver pages for PC's retired eons ago.
