Thank you for the answer.
It's not a browser issue, becouse the issue appears also when I look only the desktop or other applications (word, paint, ...).
The bug appears also on the taskbar: so, on all the right side of the screen

Thanks for replying. I'd suggest you check in BIOS -
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F10 once for BIOS.
If the issue persists in BIOS as well, it is a hardware fault. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
