Issue with Blue Line across the laptop screen checked in Bios and same thing so need to contact UK

I currently have an issue with a laptop that it shows 1 blue line across the screen horizontally and need to get this fixed.  When going into the Bios it is the same so think this is a hardware issue with the Screen.  I need to get this repaired the laptop is out of warranty so need a price from HP to find out how much this will cost?   Please can someone provide me with a chat link to talk to someone in the UK about the issue, email or a telephone number

I request you to talk to HP's support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
