Hello Guys, I have an issue with external monitor (DELL U2412M) connected to my HP Zbook 15 G3 via docking station DELL WD19S. The monitor is recognized by the Zbook and it's visible in the display settings but the screen is black and looks like it stuck in power saving mode.
The monitor is connected with the dock by DisplayPort cable and dock is connected to Zbook by Thunderbolt 3. All other devices connected to the docking station as keyboard, mouse, headset, external storage work without any problems. When I connect the monitor to the Zbook directly via HDMI it works as well.
It has to be some software/firmware problem because the configuration works without any issues with different laptop. I tried to update the Thunderbolt 3 drivers, USB3 drivers, chipset drivers and also the GPU drivers and BIOS but without any change. I installed the latest version of DisplayLink and checked the Windows and NVidia settings and everything looks correct there.
Do you have any advise how can I solve it? If there is any specific driver to be downgraded or installed for example? Please feel free to let me know if I missed to share some details.

Firstly THEY are not compatible. HP has a dozen docks, they won't compatible with all HP machines. Each dock is only compatible with a set of machines.
Regards.
