My HP laptop is fairly new. I have issues with display on screen sometimes the images gets split up and sometimes black lines on the white screen. I had the same issues before and one the HP guys fixed it. I am noticing now my carepack just expired and as such I am assuming I won't get any help from HP. Any help much appreciated. Not much of a tech person.

Yes there would be a cost for extension of carepackage, but just see if you get the same error when on bios screen and if you do then it is probably a hardware issue and you may need to visit your nearest service centre.. but if you don't see it on bios then it would be a software issue or driver issue which can be resolved by updating your display drivers
