Hi all,

 

Looking for some help. I'm connecting my HP envy x360 15.6 inch laptop to a Dell dock station (model WD19TB). Once connected to the dock station, I have access to mouse, keyboard and my laptop is charging. However, I can't display my 2 monitors and they they don't appear in my display settings. I also use a Dell laptop from the office (Windows 10) and everything works fine.

 

I was able to display the monitors on this HP laptop for the last year but since last week I can't display my monitors every time I'm trying to connect.
