Product: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G10 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
We have major problems at 18 workplaces with the same HP SetUp
- HP 840 G10
- HP Thunderbolt Dock 120 W G4
- 2x HP Monitor Monitor M32f
Everyone complains that the monitors keep dropping out and losing the connection to the mouse/keyboard dongle in the docking station
I have updated all drivers, bios, docking firmware (HPIA 5.2.1) without success
