Product: HP Elitebook 11th Gen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am trying to connect my new work issued HP Elitebook laptop to my KVM switch at home (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B099PPH3K4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1) and my existing surface connects just fine (59.959 Hz refresh rate) but the new HP Laptop will not detect the display. I hope the issue isn't the refresh rate as the laptop refresh rate is 60.010 Hz and the switch is 60Hz. I also tried to use the Laptop to the docking station to the switch and experienced the same issue. I don't see any KVM switches that have a higher refresh rate if that is the issue... Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
