Hello

Issue with connecting my HP firefly to my LG ultrawide.

 

Current connecting it from usb-c (back of monitor) to usb-c (firefly). This has been charging my laptop and connecting to the external display with no issues for the past few weeks.

 

However, it recently has stopped sending a signal to the screen, and my laptop notifies me that "HP recommends using HP power source". The laptop makes the chime that it is connecting and disconnecting from the external monitor constantly in a never-ending loop.  So it is recognizing that I am plugging an external source into the laptop but not displaying on the external monitor. 

 

Any tips on what I'm missing to have my laptop connect to the external monitor as it was doing once upon a time?
