Product: HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (4D3X4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have the following issues with my ProBook 450 G9 Laptop:
- One area of the screen is defective, showing "screen spots."
- It gets extremely hot; I cannot touch the bottom or place it on my lap.
- A weird sound is coming from the bottom.
- Sometimes the 2, w, s, and x keys do not work.
It's only been used for 8 months and is still under warranty. Please suggest what to do? I'm already using the HP recommended Thermal Profile.
