I uninstalled Chrome with no change. I used my 13 inch x360 while on vacation. I will tell you that there is just a dramatic difference in scrolling between it and my new 15 inch x360. The older computer is far, far superior; the newer almost unusable with two finger scrolling.

I agree completely as I am having the same issue with 2 days left before I decide to return this x360 or not. One at a time I am working my way through other issues, but still find the jerkyness of scrolling and the occasional diagonal line on the screen while scrolling annoying at best. (Also really hate the keyboard, but that just has to be accepted if I am keeping this. )

Hi, do you solve your problem? Incan see that post is from 2017 but I just bought a Spectre x360 13 and I'm having the same problem.
Win 10 Oct update all up date but 2 finger scroll is a big problem the pages with links are impossible to use.
