Hi @ANJALI1712,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

If you have keyboard marks on your Laptop PC screen, there are a few steps you can take to try and remove or minimize the marks.

. Turn off your laptop: Before attempting any cleaning, it's important to turn off your laptop and unplug it from the power source.
This will prevent any accidental damage or electrical shock.

. Clean the screen with a microfiber cloth: Gently wipe the screen using a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth. Start from one side and move in a circular motion to remove any dust, fingerprints, or smudges. Avoid applying               excessive pressure as it could damage the screen.

. Use a screen cleaning solution: If the keyboard marks persist, you can use a screen cleaning solution specifically designed for electronic displays. Apply a small amount of the solution to a clean, microfiber cloth and gently    wipe the screen in a circular motion. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for the cleaning solution and avoid spraying it directly onto the screen.

. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials: It's important to avoid using harsh chemicals, such as ammonia-based cleaners or solvents, as they can damage the screen. Similarly, abrasive materials like paper towels   or rough cloths can cause scratches.

. Prevention is key: To avoid future keyboard marks on your screen, consider using a laptop keyboard cover or a screen protector.

These accessories can provide an additional layer of protection between the keyboard       and the screen, reducing the likelihood of marks or scratches.
