Product: HP APU QUAD CORE A8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I had purchased Laptop from Flipkart.com , where in I had having issue in regards to display when laptop is switch off key board marks can been seen on laptob display.

 

Kindly advice me on above issue on urgent basis, as I can replace it .

I understand that the keyboard is leaving a mark on the display, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer.

When you say that there is a mark on the display, is it a physical mark or a virtual mark that goes away?

Would it possible for you to share a photo of the screen which would help me understand and help you accordingly?

 

If the issue you are facing is a physical mark, recommend you take the computer to any authorized service center or contact our phone support team to check on the service options available.
