Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Jag fick min dator idag och jag kan inte ändra hastigheten på muspekaren. Jag drar reglaget till max åt höger, men muspekaren går i samma hastighet oavsett var på skalan reglaget står. Jag har uppdaterat drivrutinen för styrplattan men det hjälpte inte. Hur kan en helt ny dator vara trasig redan?
