Product: HP ENVY 17t-3000 CTO Notebook PC

After upgrading my laptop to Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit, my brightness hotkey buttons do not work on the keyboard. They are F2 for dimmer or F3 for brighter. When you hit the keys, you see the icon show up on the laptop screen which indicates you have pressed the brightness keys, but the buttons do not dim nor brighten the screen. I can't seem to find any support for this laptop (LW900AV) Envy 17t - 3000 on the HP website, so I can't seem to find any updated video drivers or hotkey software. Could anyone provide assistance with this problem or make recommendations on what I could try.

 

All the Drivers in the Device Manager appear to be installed and Windows is not able to find any newer driver updates. The laptop shows that it has the AMD Radeon HD 6700M Display adapter. Driver is from AMD and version is 11/4/2015 15.201.1151.1008

 

I would appreciate any help anyone could provide.
