Keyboard Problems

My keyboard is slow and shows either nothing, delayed, in triple or not in the order typed. The same happens when I use external wireless keyboards such as Trust, Microsoft or Logitech. No such problems however when I use the same external keyboards on a different notebook, What could be the problem and how can I solve it?
