Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 15-ep0003tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am using Windows 11 Pro (OS Build 22621.963 - version 22H2) on my HP ENVY Laptop - 15-ep0003tx

My keyboard has keyboard backlight button on F4 and I updated all drivers of my laptop from HP website but my backlight of my keyboard is not working. I check all articles & troubleshooting available on internet but keyboard backlight is not working. Few of resolution steps were as followed"

- Pressed F4 then Fn+F4

- Tried HotKey drivers from different sites for Windows 11

- Checked & tried all possible options in BIOS

- Test keyboard on HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows (F5 key was not working on test but its function of volume On/Off is working)

- Reinstall Windows 11 twice

- Uninstall & reinstall keyboard related drivers

and several other possible steps but keyboard backlight is not working. Drviers for Windows 11 are not available on HP website.

Kindly help me in solving this problem
