The Keypad shadow is seen on the display, as seen in the picture below. Please help to understand this issue.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Unfortunately I'm not able to see the issue. Could you mark or circle the place where you are seeing the Keypad shadow?

 

Also does it only happen on certain applications? Please check in BIOS and let me know if you face the same issue

It's there in the lower half of the screen. Seen more clearly in a white background. PFA

Please check in BIOS and let me know if you face the same issue

 

Shut down the notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on F10 till you end the BIOS
