HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae003na

Hi, My keyboard has some problem, I press one key and I get a bunch of others, it looks like there is some short of the multiplex bus.  An external keyboard works fine.  I'd like to find an HP Service Centre in the UK but if you search for service centres on HP website they only service printers.  So alternatively I'd like to buy a new keyboard and install myself with the help of YouTube.  Again this doesn't seem possible as HP UK don't seem to have parts for this laptop.

Does anyone know how I solve either 1) no service centre in UK for laptops or 2) ordering keyboard part

Also, if anyone wants to know how to find the part number for their laptop this is the easiest solution:

1) Find your serial number

2) Go to HP Part Surfer website https://partsurfer.hp.com/

3) Enter serial number

4) Read list of parts, here is the parts list for my laptop:

Product Number : 2QF92EA

Description : HP Spectre x360 Conv 13-ae003na ALL

902945-002 --> 1TB M.2 2280 XG4 PCIe Gen3x4 TLC DS

925740-002 --> AC ADAPTER 65W USB PD NPFC, CHICONY

926171-003 --> ASSY,BU IDS UMA i7-8550U 16GB SPT CR1.0

928216-110 --> DBTS 13.3 UHD VCP, TPK 1 929066-421 PL;LGC368598,5.275Ah

935429-031 --> ASSY, KBD DAS ISK PT CP BL SPT CR UK

It's pretty obvious to work out what each of those parts are doing and for the UK keyboard the part number is:

935429-031 --> ASSY, KBD DAS ISK PT CP BL SPT CR UK

This keyboard is put together with top cover. If you can disassemble, there will be the part numbers of related parts on your old keyboard. If you are not familiar with the disassembly, it is recommended to buy a keyboard with top cover directly. Replacement is relatively simple.

Sam,

Thanks for the reply but I already have the part number it's in my own reply to my original post.  Now tell me where I can buy the part and why HP don't have a single laptop service centre in the UK?  It seems HP are selling products in the UK without any thought for providing after-sales service.

Thanks,

Tim
