No, you can't buy keyboard alone, you have to buy part # 913072-002 which is KEYBOARD - TOP COVER, SKB W/TP W/KB STD ISK INDIA (Top cover with standard keyboard in India).
That part is not available on HP Online. You have to check it on your country or try eBay.
