Hello, my laptops touchscreen, touch pad, and keyboard do not work anymore. When is press f2 on startup, everything works fine on the keyboard and mouse test. Once I quit and go to windows nothing works. If I plug in an external keyboard and mouse to the USB ports they work fine on the computer. I have taken my laptop to computer repair shops and they cant figure out the problem either.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard, mouse, and the touchscreen are not working on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when everything was working on the computer.
Refer to the below article for detailed steps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Hey Brock1234,
I dont know if this solves your problem, but I had an similar issue with my spectre x360 notebook. The touchscreen wasnt working. I figured out, that the HID compliant touchscreen driver was missing (look in device manager -->input devices).
I tried many things and ended up in loading Driver Easy and update all my drivers. After two restarts it works perfectly right now and the driver is now showing up. It seems to be a driver problem, maybe also for touchpad and keyboard? Dont know, but try it out!.
I hope this can help you 🙂
