Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand the keyboard keys don't seem symmetrical on your device,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Have you compared this device to any other HP X360 to see if there's design issue on your device or if it's just the way its meant to be?

While you respond to that, if you don't have access to find another model, I've listed below a picture of a generic x360 for your reference:

Keep me posted,

If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.

The name of the pc is Hp Spectre x360 15-bl100na.

Below you can see some photos of the keyborad.IMG_5338 - Copy.jpgIMG_5339 - Copy.jpg

As you can see the buttons " 7 U H N Y J " are not equal to the other.

Can I ask you another question?

The name of this pc should be 15-bl100na but the system information says 15-bl1XX does it mean something?

Because I've installed a 620 UHD graphic card instead of a gt 150mx Invidia
