Envy 360 convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY x360 Convertible 2GJ37AV.  Notebook only responds to touch screen and usb attached mouse input. Does not react to keypad input and touch pad input only after enable\disable drivers, and restart. Then stops. At BIOS level, keypad input is taken . Only when Windows loads is keypad unavailable.

Found the answer on another manufacturer's forum - go to Device manager as explained here: 

'Go into Device Manager>System Devices and disable Intel Integrated Sensor Solution '.

Restart the notebook and issue should be fixed.
