Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's update the Computer using the Windows Updates, HP Support Assistant and update the BIOS:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/bph07165

From the above link click on "Check for updates in Windows Update", "Check for updates in HP Support Assistant" and "Find BIOS updates on the HP website".

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!

Hi @betty0610

I have tried it already, I literally reinstalled with HP CLOUD recovery 10 times MINIMUM. Also with F10 the first 5 times.

The cpu is also 97, 98~ degrees when using Ansys, Matlab, 3d required apps. For some relaxing time I have Forza Horizon 4.

Also 98~ degrees.

Did bios update, also bios downgrade, upgrade and downgraded 5+ times.

Yesterday tried the 1st time WIN 10 ISO x64, the OEM injected his own files also within the installation.

Running now 1903 w10, + drivers are saved from previous windows.

As also I reflashed the bios update from here, and bios update, tried the stock drivers also (HP drivers)

Formatted my system and then ran the recovery.

Installed from HP Cloud recovery again. Build 1809.

Updated all drivers.

Also G-Sync not in the Nvidia Control Panel, it was gone after 6 hours. After I bought this system. I used it for 6+ hours and there came a BIOS update. I was at F.03 when I bought it. Enabled the G Sync option. After the BIOS update it was also gone.

R.I.P. my old HP DV6-6b41ED

It was a monster device. Untill the Motherboard became too old for my software.

But no it didn't restore.

My monitor shows image size screen 79cm,

I only would like the EDID,

I'm a software/web- developer, debugger, analyzer.

But this HP system has lack of drivers I suppose, experimental drivers. Selling beta systems ? Drivers unsupported for w10b1903, system not optimized, unless CPU undervolting.

System in idle is 60+ degrees.

Videocard no g sync option in NVCP, in the system bios it says literally. NVIDIA Certified Quanta.

I have debugged the BIOS file. And read everything!!

I'm a expert in my field. But this makes me trigger to throw things away.

Please don't come with some PDF files that are built universal. Or the standard things ( Reinstall the drivers, update your bios or software )

No offense. But I'm in a mood.

Nothing personal,

Thanks in advance,
