Hola buenas noches,mi laptop le comenzó a salir rayas negras pequeñas de manera horizontal que se hacen más largas,quisiera saber que paso! no se ha caído ni nada hace un año y medio le cambié el disco duro y esta en buen funcionamiento,bueno las rayas me salieron cuando lo estaba formateando, pero no se golpeó,podrían ayudarme.
