I own an HP spectre 360 and it has been a terrible experience. For a laptop this expensive, i expect it not to be this buggy.
Whenever i play a video, on a browser or a file, the video starts to lag behind the audio after sometime. Whenever i refresh the browser or the file i am playing, the issue gets resolved but its starts lagging again sometime. I see that this has been an issue for other HP laptops in the past, i just need to know how to fix it in mine.
Also, it crashes so frequently. Even when i am just browsing, no hardcore gaming or programming. It overheats a lot even when its idle. I dont know how to resolve all this. HP support has never responded.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the audio lags when you play any videos and the computer is overheating.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
