Hello, I recently have been having this problem when I am working on my school homework. If I open two screens together, my laptop starts lagging and turning black. Sometimes it comes back instantly and sometimes I have to click alt+ctrl and either sign out or restart for it to turn back on. This has been happening before I accidentally dropped it so I feel like it is a manufacturer problem but I do not know if anyone else is having this problem.

Either way, that doesn't help!
If in addition it fell, you may have something broken in addition
Absolutely no problem if you don't use a screen?
