Hi everyone,
I own an HP 15-f2000 series laptop and bought the Black Friday x2 E24 64 FHD Monitors and USB-C G4 Docking Station combo to use with my laptop for school. I have everything connected but my laptop is unable to detect either monitor. I have attempted this with all cables included with the monitors (HDMI, Display Port & VGA) but have had no luck.
Oddly enough, the dock doesn’t provide power to my laptop, but the wireless mouse / keyboard combo that is attached works.
I read somewhere that this dock only works with business laptops for some people, but not for others. Has anyone else had experience with this issue?
thank you,
S
