Laptop intermittently shows a black screen and restarts unexpectedly. The issue sometimes occurs if the laptop is moved or the table is bumped, but it can also happen randomly during gaming. The problem is inconsistent and I have been unable to reliably reproduce it. Ive ran every HP diagnostics. Temperatures appear normal

The laptop is doing the "park head" function when it detects movement.  This can happen even if you have an SSD instead of an HDD.

Look in the bios for an option to not park the head.

Possibly google has information on thisL   What model laptop?

let me know how you fix this.
