Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop often freezes when the laptop is rotated into tablet mode. It won't accept any touch input, and often won't accept anything from the keyboard either. The only way to fix this is to do a hard shut down of the laptop and reboot it, which generally ends in me losing what I've been working on.

Please attempt these steps below:

 

Perform a Hard Reset

 

Update the Bios,

 

Run the System diagnostics test as well as an extensive test on the hard drive and Memory from F2
