My laptop's plastic hinge/frame is coming off from my display screen and I'm not able to close my laptop. I'm under the warranty. Kindly advise if any service representative can visit our home and do the needful or please let us know the nearest service center to get this fixed. Due to this my daughter is not able to carry the laptop to college. Kindly help.

Hi@V_S_Nithyasri,
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Apologies for all the inconvenience
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the hinge assembly and in order to fix this issue, your computer needs to be serviced. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
