Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s1000 (90P67AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I'm unable to install driver for Nvidia 4060 on my Victus 16-s1020nm.

I get a constant error code 43 in device description.

I tried the following:

-installed new version of BIOS

-deleted graphic card drivers (in normal and in safe mode)

-tried changing Hybrid/Discrete option in BIOS

-updated Windows

-installed Omen gaming hub +SDK

-installed NVidia app + Game ready driver from there (app shows no driver message after install)

-checked hardware with HP diagnostic tool (all in perfect condition)

I need advice what to try next before I hand over the laptop to service centre.

Where do you get the driver from, you have to use driver from HP

I tried with the both ( original NVidia and HP official drivers). None of them works.
