Microsoft Windows 11

In the last day or so, my laptop has stopped recognizing my second monitor and it just sits on a "no signal" screen. I've tried using different HDMI cords and different other monitors and it still has the same issue. I've also tried uninstalling/reinstalling and updating my graphics and display drivers to no avail. I've also tried reinstalling the device BIOS and even backtracking on some. Is there some software I'm missing or is it an issue with the HDMI port itself?
