Microsoft Windows 11

It's a long story, but after a long time of downloading drivers from HP, AMD, and following many online tutorials leading to uninstalling my graphics card and registry editing, nothing has fixed my problem.

Problem: The brightness buttons, slider, and brightness settings don't work or are missing. I assume the issue is my Graphics card/driver, as Windows says that it is causing issues and is being stopped.

Why it needs fixed: My display is at maximum brightness, and it isn't good for my eyes.

My graphics card: AMD Radeon R6

Here is what Device Manager shows:

Yes, drivers are up-to-date, Windows says I have the best driver installed, and there are three other driver options, but none of which solve the issue. Also, the option to roll back a driver update is grayed out.

Four long hours later, I finally found the fix! I had to search my device by serial number rather than model. I don't know why, but this gave me two new driver download options:

I circled the one I downloaded, and restarted. Finally, the brightness slider reappeared, and best of all, actually does something now!
