Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The anti-reflective/anti-glare technology suddenly stopped working, making it very difficult to see the monitor at any angle other than straight on.  All light from the room now gets reflected, severely hindering the image quality, and user experience.

 

Is there a software setting that may have been disabled, or is this a hardware issue where I would need to replace the laptop monitor to fix it?

My Sure View "privacy mode" had been turned on accidentally,  I was able to turn it back off by hitting "Function F1".
