HP 14s-cf2000
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I have a HP 14s-cf2000 Laptop PC series and there is a problem with the screen. The screen flickers and freezes very frequently. It happens few times in a day.  May I know what happen to the screen and how to fix it? I've tried reformatting my laptop but the problem is still there. Please share me your thoughts if you had experienced this before. Thanks.Capture.PNG

@JinShyan

Why would you think that reformatting would fix this -- when this is clearly a hardware issue?

It is either the screen, or more likely, the video chip, failing.  Connect an external monitor.  If the problems shows there, it is the video chip; if not, it is the screen.

We are not able, or permitted, to provide any repair estimates or equipment prices.

For this information, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.

Since you live outside the U.S., here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: https://support.hp.com/in-en/service-center

If that link does not provide you sufficient information, then use the main HP link:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true

I've found those links to be unreliable if you're using Win10 and the new Edge Browser; so if you are, you need to use something else, like FireFox.

Good Luck
