Laptop Screen

My laptop has a line of yellow light shown on left side of the screen.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... 

1) Simple question: Does an externally connected monitor (vga/hdmi) show the same error?

(A) YES => GPU (graphic processing unit) error

(❎ B) NO  => Internal display cable and/or screen error

(2) Recommendation and solutions

< You should have it serviced by a professional notebook repair store >
