Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop touch screen features stop working few days ago and I have no idea what happen. I tried several way trying to enable (if disabled) system: Device manager showed no touch screen features, control panel pen and touch do not exist, and calibration also does not exist. What could the problem be since mouse and keyboard are working properly. If this is another HP updates on computer could you please fix it. Thank you.
