HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC

I have two HP Elitebook laptops, and a HP USB C-Dock G5.  The monitors do not all work when connecting to one of the laptops.

One laptop is from my employer.  It has Windows 10 and when connecting to the dock all three external monitors work just as they are expected.

The other laptop is with a Windows 11 environment.  When I connect to the Dock only two monitors will work in addition to the monitor on the laptop.  To add to this complication, when the screen on this laptop is flipped open two of the monitors work.  When I flip the laptop screen closed, one of the screens that worked then turs off, and the other screen that was not working then turns on.   I find this to be extremely strange.

In the end though, can anyone tell me how to make it so that all three external monitors will work with my Windows 11 Elitebook?
