My HP laptop slipped out of it's case and landed flat on the floor, hitting on the top side. Impact caused battery to pop out. When I turn it on now it sounds as if it is starting normally but I have a black screen.

Is there any chance of repair for this part of the device?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

This sounds like hardware related issue, I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options for your laptop display screen replacement. If you replace the display from HP support, the replaced display part will be under repair warranty, HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
