My display has recently been pixelating screens, with a green and black lining on the whole monitor. it's random when it happens. It's not all the time. Probably 25% of the time when I switch screens. Even when trying to exit cannot execute. Appreciate your helpSee the picture below for a reference.

Visual artifacts like this are a sign of video hardware failure -- either the screen or the video chip or both.
Connect an external monitor. IF the artifacts show on that, the video chip is going bad because it drives both displays. If they do not show on that, the screen is going bad.
The video chip can not be replaced, the screen can -- but it can be an expensive proposition.
