Hello HP community 

Im having problem in my hp laptop display screen sometimes i turn my laptop on the display starts blinking on and off terribly

so I do restart then this problem solved but I know its graphic driver issue but when i checked it its already updated I have intel(R) UHD graphics version number26.20.100.7926 but screen stills blinks sometimes when i power up my laptop.And one thing when i use adope photoshop or adobe after effects when I zoom in the screen again starts to blink on and off please help me solve my issue on this thank you
