Laptop Display, speaker, battery not working.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

 

  • Do the problems occur consistently, or only intermittently?
  • Have there been any recent updates, drops, or changes to the device before the issues began?

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Display

  • Restart your laptop and check if the issue persists.
  • Connect your laptop to an external monitor to see if the display problem is limited to the laptop screen.
  • Update your graphics driver via Device Manager or HP Support Assistant.

Speakers

  • Ensure the audio is not muted and volume is set appropriately.
  • Test sound with headphones to confirm if the issue is with the speakers.
  • Run the Windows Audio Troubleshooter (Settings → System → Sound → Troubleshoot).

Battery

  • Check if the battery is charging properly when connected to the adapter.
  • Run the HP Hardware Diagnostics tool to test battery health in UEFI .
  • If the battery drains quickly, try reducing brightness and closing background applications.
