I just scanned and fix issue when suddenly my computer went slow. It was fixed but suddenly when i watch movies in netflix its sleep until i move the mouse,thescrwwn sleep but therw is still sound.already set all the sleep mode ro never but still not resolved the issue

Kindly follow the below troubleshooting steps :

 
1. Update Graphics Drivers

Press Windows + X → select Device Manager.

Expand Display adapters, right-click your graphics card, and choose Update driver → Search automatically for drivers.

Restart your computer after updating.

 

2. Check Power & Sleep Settings Again

Go to Settings → System → Power & sleep.

Ensure Screen is set to Never for both On battery and Plugged in.

Click Additional power settings → Change plan settings → Change advanced power settings.

Expand Multimedia settings → When sharing media, and set it to Prevent idling to sleep.

 

3. Disable Screensaver

Go to Settings → Personalization → Lock screen → Screen saver settings.

Set Screen saver to None.

 

4. Check Browser/Netflix Playback Settings

If using a browser, try clearing cache or testing in another browser.

Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.

 

5. Run HP Support Assistant

Open HP Support Assistant → My devices → Updates.

Install any pending BIOS, driver, or firmware updates.
